The recruited agent must:

Be a producing solo agent. A domestic team is allowed and counts as one agent.
Not be a member of any team at the time of joining, and not join a team during their first year at eXp.
Not receive any other joining incentive, including boost programs, join deferments, or recruitment incentives.

The sponsor must:

Be the recruited agent's frontline (direct) sponsor.
Be the primary sponsor. The recruited agent may choose a co-sponsor, but only the primary sponsor is eligible for the incentive.
